成都树德中学国际部

　　成都市树德中学国际部是由成都市树德中学与成都华樱出国服务有限责任公司共同投资，于2002年经成都市教育局批准成立的办学机构（批准文号：成教外（2002）5号）。

　　国际部的宗旨是：加强学校与发达国家的教育合作与交流，促进中外学术方面的互补，推动学校教育朝着国际化方向发展；加强学校与国际教育接轨，为出国深造的学生架桥铺路。

　　自成立以来，国际部与澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、美国、瑞士、日本等国教育机构及学校进行了广泛的交流与合作，为学生提供了安全可靠的出国留学通道。

　　国际部2002年引进了著名的GAC国际大学预科课程，该课程为全球认可度最高的大学预科课程，受到英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、美国、加拿大等国共100多所大学的认可。树德中学国际部已有近千名学生顺利毕业，全部成功赴海外深造。学生获得录取的大学包括澳大利亚悉尼大学、麦考里大学、莫纳什大学、新南威尔士大学、皇家墨尔本理工大学、卧龙岗大学、格里菲斯大学、南澳大学、堪培拉大学、昆士兰大学；美国威斯康辛大学、普渡大学、俄亥俄州立大学、匹兹堡大学、爱荷华大学、密西根州立大学、明尼苏达大学、圣路易斯大学、迈阿密大学、俄勒冈大学；加拿大维多利亚大学、温莎大学、约克大学、布鲁克大学、戴尔豪斯大学；英国的格拉斯哥大学、谢菲尔德大学、东安格利亚大学；爱尔兰国立高威大学、林默瑞克大学等。

　　2005年5月，树德中学国际部因成绩突出被美国ACT教育集团评为"GAC预科中国示范中心"的称号，这是GAC在中国20多个教学中心中唯一获此殊荣的教学中心。

　　2004年，经四川省教育厅、成都市教育局批准，澳大利亚维多利亚州教育课程评估署（VCAA）审核，树德中学国际部在四川地区首家引进澳大利亚高中VCE课程，开设中澳国际双文凭班，在中国高中课程中加入澳大利亚高中核心课程，中西合璧的教育拓宽了学生接受高等教育的途径，培养与国际接轨的复合型高素质人才。

　　VCE课程在树德中学已成功运行数年，澳大利亚维多利亚教育评估署和黑利伯瑞学校教育专家对树德中校的教学水平和VCE学生给予了充分肯定。高2007级、2008级、2009级VCE班参加与澳大利亚同步进行VCE高考，连续三届成绩均获得中国地区VCE成绩第一名。其中，高07级和08级的平均成绩分别高达92.7%和88.04%

　　VCE班每位同学都获得了3所以上世界一流大学的录取，其中有世界排名第16位的澳洲国立大学，世界排名第22位的墨尔本大学， 世界排名第35位的悉尼大学，世界排名第41位和80位的新南威尔士大学、阿德雷德大学等等。录取的专业分别是精算、医学、建筑设计、工程、生物科学等热门优势专业。他们现已远赴重洋深造。

Chengdu Shude International Department of Shude High School is jointly set up by Chengdu Shude High School and Chengdu Huaying Consulting and Service Ltd. Liability Co. for Personnel Going Abroad. It was founded in 2002, accredited by Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau (Verification No: (2005)5).

The aim of the department is to enhance the educational cooperation and exchanges with developed countries, complement each other's education, direct the school's education to internationalization, propel the education to gear into the international norms and pave the way for students to study abroad.

Since its establishment, the department has had extensive exchanges and cooperation with the schools and educational institutions in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Switzerland, Japan, and etc. and has provided safe and reliable pathways for the students to study abroad.

In 2002, the department introduced the famous university foundation course GAC (Global Assessment Certificate) which is one of the most accepted courses in the world with the recognition of more than 100 universities in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and other countries. There have been nearly 1000 graduates from Shude International Department, who have all successfully studied in higher institutions in foreign countries. The offers are from such universities as Sydney University, Macquarie University, Monash University, the University of New South Wales, RMIT University, Wollongong University, Griffith University, the University of South Australia, University of Canberra and University of Queensland in Australia; University of Wisconsin, Purdue University , Ohio State University, the University of Pittsburgh, University of Iowa, Michigan State University, the University of Minnesota, St. Louis University, the University of Miami and University of Oregon in the United States; University of Victoria, the University of Windsor, York University, Brock University and Dalhousie University; University of Glasgow, Sheffield University and the University of East Anglia in the UK; National University of Ireland, Galway and the University of Limerick .

In May 2005, Shude International Department was awarded "Model Center in China for Excellent Operation of GAC" by ACT Education Solutions. It is the only teaching center among the 20 teaching centers that has obtained such an honor in China.

In 2004, Shude International Department first introduced Australian high school VCE courses in Sichuan region, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial Office of Education and Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau. It was accredited by Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority(VCAA). We have set up Sino-Australian dual diploma classes and added Australian high school core curriculum to Chinese high school courses with the purpose of broadening the ways for students to receive higher education and fostering international talents with high and comprehensive qualities.

The VCE program of Shude International Department has been successfully running for four years. VCAA and educational experts from Haileybury College have fully affirmed our VCE students' performance and the standard of teaching at our school. In 2007 and 2008, our VCE students who conducted the VCE end-of-year examination, which was in parallel with Australia, finally got the average scores as high as 92.7 percent and 88.04 percent respectively. The results were consecutively the best results in China.

Each of the VCE students was accepted by at least three world-class universities, including Australian National University(world rank: 16), the University of Melbourne(world rank: 22), the University of Sydney(world rank: 35), the University of New South Wales(world rank: 41), the University of Adelaide(world rank: NO. 80) and so on. The majors they've chosen include: actuarial studies, medical sciences, architectural design, engineering, biological sciences, and other popular majors. They are all now studying in foreign universities.
