On behalf of all at ACT, and the ACT Education Solutions, Ltd. team in China, I would like to congratulate you on the Fifth Anniversary of the establishment of the Shude International Department. I would also like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to the management and teaching staff at Shude for another successful year of collaboration on the delivery of the GAC in Chengdu.

Your graduating students are always of the very highest caliber, which is a reflection not only of the quality of the program, but of the quality of your teaching staff and of the consistency of the program's delivery at Shude. I am looking forward to the next enrollment and am confident that you will once again surpass our expectations in terms of both numbers of students and of average GPAs.

As one of the longest running and most successful GAC centers in China, I once again commend you and wish you every success in the future.
